I have just replaced the thermostat on a Aqualisa shower and there were new new parts to be added dependant on the BTU size of the combi boiler in use. A different colour filter plug had to be fitted on the outflow if the size of boiler was 800 btu , 1000 or above that. Can anyone tell me what size my boiler is - a British Gas 532 . Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes I have that manual but never found what I was looking for. The cartridge replacement guide for the shower has three different regulators.

For a 80,000 btu - Yellow
100,000 btu - Green
120,000 +btu - Blue.
I left the factory fitted yellow one in it and hoped for the best !
I have 13 radiators (6 of which are doubles) Does that mean anything at all?
As you can see I am good with a pint but know sod all about gas, water or electricity.

To convert Kilowatts (kW) into a British thermal unit (Btu) value simply multiply the Kilowatts value by 3414

kW x 3414 = Btu

Your boiler is 32kw

32 x 3414 = 109248 btu

fit the green filter.
