Bubbling washing machine

I have a Creda 1200 washing machine and of late its giving me problems.

If I start a program i get water going in to the washing machine and also water coming out then i hear a bubbling sound inside the washer and the water going out stops. If i get hold of the waste pipe and lower it to the ground more water starts to come out of the pipe. After about 5 mins of this the water produces 2 flashing lights and it stops everything.

Hope someone can help.

Check the pump you have a blockage it's a crackling noise ie coin cotton bud tooth pick hair clip.
