WORK IN PROGRESS

Sorry! but I am neither very good on computers or central heating-I can't find out how to post a question on the forum-there does not seem to be a simple 'post' on it? i'm a divorced lady on her own, and my problem is that my central heating water is running OK, but no HOT available since last night. If I turn on the immersion independently, the water heats up. Is this likely to be the thermostat or the pump, does anyone know? Before I have to pay a plumber a small fortune PRETTY PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you X
