The picture shows the pump on my biomass installation. It circulates the 75C water/antifreeze mix from the boiler house buffer tank and the indoor tank in tank that does my heating and hot water.

After 2.5 years I think this pump is failing. I can feel vibration in adjacent pipes and the flow to the indoor tank has dropped away to the extent that it can't meet our heat load needs.

I am a fan of Grundfos pumps but struggling to find a reference on their site for something equivalent. All the Grundfos pumps inside installed at the same time are fine.

The unions are 1 1/2 I think with the nuts 2" across the flats. The pump seems to be 180mm across the unions.

Is there someone here kind enough to be able to make a recommendation?
