Can u get electric showers w fixed head separate from box?

I am wanting an electric shower with a modern look so that all the plumbing goes into the wall from the box and out at a fixed head or at least a separate one. Has anyone ever come accross something like this as I am finding them hard to find onthe net!

the only electric shower i know with a fixed head is the mira divisa.
but it's still on a external shower rail with a fixed head and also has a diverter handheld shower head.

electric showers have a weedy flow, especially in winter, so you would need a head with restricted outlet, or it will be cold as well as feeble.

I wonder how much trouble and expense is justified on something as poor as an electric shower.

Haven't you got a boiler?
