Candy cn146 washing machine pump stuck on

Hi, my washing machine pump is stuck on, as soon as you switch on the machine you can hear the pump. It then burnt out so I have replaced the pump but I still have the same problem. I'm hoping it's something simple like a faulty switch or wire as I really can't afford a new machine this close to christmas, can anyone help?

Sorry, it's a Candy CN146T80 and I have checked the outlets and pipes for blockages and they are clear. The machine does go through the wash cycle and does drain but I'm worried that if the pump is on constantly and there is no water for it to pump it will burn out again.

Did you check outlet is clear of any blockage, could cause the pump to run if it cannot clear water.
