Candy Oven Element

My Candy fan oven conked out tripping the fuse box. Fan works and grill works but no heat from oven. I am assuming it is the oven element that has gone but I noticed the oven light has gone at the same time which made me wonder if there was some other problem?

Also, if it is the element is there any recommended supplier/manufacturer ?

It is very likely coincidental, but you could have a wiring issue.
For replacement parts, I would recommend UKWhittgoods https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/candy-oven-cooker-spare-parts.
You will need your oven serial number, there is normally a data plate on the inside of door.
If you want to check the element, it will need disconnecting and a continuity test.

There are two choices - the official element from whoever the oven manufacturer is, or a much cheaper generic unbranded one.

Having fitted 100s of elements over many years, there is no difference between the two, other than the massively lower price for the non-branded ones.
They are the same size, they look the same, same wattage, etc.
