I have a candy smart CMD 146 washer dryer The problem Im having is it lets water in and begins to wash but after 2 or 3 minutes it stops and the activia rinse light and time to end lights flash simultanesly 11 times and it will not go any further. I can drain it after turning it to off for few minutes then I can rinse or spin it after turning it off for a while but whatever I do after 3 minutes it stops and the lights comes on

This model has had some issues throwing up the error you are experiencing. Turn off the power & take the lid off. Check the spade connections of the NTC sensor on the heater box, they have a tendency to break off at the cable crimp. If this is the case a new plug type NTC is available. While you're in there check the 2 TOC resettable thermostats on the heater box with a multimeter (one may have popped). You can reset it by pressing button in the middle. The original thermostats are rated at 172C, but the manufacturer now recommends retrofitting modified 182C TOC thermostats instead. Let me know what you find & I will supply you with the new part numbers should you need to change these parts.
