Hi all looking at a job, it's a new caravan site 10 16amp hookups what's the best way to run the circuit one ring ,radial or each with its own supply

If done as a radial the full length would be 250 meters

If each on own supply longest supply would be 125 meter

This is a DIY site.
What you are proposing is far beyond any DIY work, and is definitely a case of if you have to ask how, then you should not be doing.
It's also the type of thing which will be impossible to design without a proper site survey.

You'll need an electrical architect to design this for you, but I'd imagine a ring main would be the way to go.
