3-pole 3 way switch. Took some figuring out and sketching of the circuits. The flex is to the generator just outside, which has its own circuit breaker.
The house is 3 phase, so I arranged the circuits so that the critical loads (fridge, CH, some lights) went through one of the phases, and routed that phase through the switch then back out to the panel.
