Please Help!
I am selling my house and the surveyor has noted that my cast iron bath isnt earthed and the bonding to the pipework isnt adequate. Subsequently my buyer is now paranoid that his son is going to be in danger for using it and this could see him pull out of the sale.
The bath was put in 4 years ago and was legal at the time. Does anyone know how I can sort this without ripping my bathroom apart? And when did this regulation come into place as I cant for the life of me find the info on the internet.
