CCTV system help

Need some help before I purchase the wrong system for my home.

I am after a cctv system, am on a very tight budget, around the £100 mark (don't laugh) I already have a spare sata 750gb hard drive that i'm going to use in the dvr.

What i am looking for is a dome camera cctv system, going to need 4 ir cameras, ideally want them to record in colour in the day and black & white at night.
All 4 of the cameras would be outside although 3 of the cameras would be under cover.

Also want to be able to see the 4 cameras footage together split screen on my tv.

Want motion sensing so the cameras do not record all day for nothing but only when they sense movement, also i want to receive an email to my iphone so i can see video of the footage.
Would be great also to be able to see a live feed on my tv as well as iphone.
Do i have to go with the app they say to use on my iphone or can i go with others?

I will be buying video baluns so i can use cat5 cable as i a reel of it in the garage.

Sorry, but nothing that cheap is going to be any good.

If money is really that tight, just buy the cameras and at least you will have the deterrent effect.
