Hi all

I currently have a project which is basicly bit of an extension to existing garage. I would like to install a mono pitched roof into the exsising pitched roof. The new mono pitch roof will be about 15-20 pitch due to height restriction.

I don't like look of dry verge, especially as it will be mateing with old roof. Can cement based board tiles/slate be used with undercloak to make a wet verge?. Was contemplating edpm flat roof but fancy a half decent look.

Not keen on concrete or clay tiles due to weight and stronger timbers.

I am open to suggestions.

Thanks

I dont understand what your Q is. Perhaps post pics of existing, and a scanned proposal sketch.

As regards the verge, fibre cement fillets and pointing are always an option.

Thanks for reply, I will endeavour to take some pics or make drawing and figure out how to post them in next couple of days.

Regards
