Central heating not working

Switched CH on last night and it didn't come on. HW is working ok, and the 3 way valve sounds as if it is switching. Am I looking at a faulty pump? PS this is not connected with my other post.

If not the room stat or programmer then you need a new motor in your 3 way, or a new head or a new 3 way, depending which bit you can change.

There's this thing called diagnosis, you need a meter for, with elec diag, such as

Have you tried operating the system when the valve is operated manually? If the system heats up then that is your problem.

The lever should unlatch automatically when the valve operates remotely.
