Central Heating System Pipework

Hi i have recentley had a new megaflow system fitted, the problem is the i am getting a tapping sound when the heating is turned on, its very anoying. i have open all floorboads up and packed the pipes so it don't touch the joinst, till no joy

its not coming from the boiler nor cylinder

any ideas??

Thermal stores are notoroius for it as the due to the store the pipe work heats rapidly on demand and thus the expansion noises. Not a lot you can do.
