All summer had no problem with hot water. Now it's winter we have the HW and CH on a timer and they come on at the same time. Approx 3 hrs a day.

Now they're coming on the same time the hot water seems to have died. Can trying to heat the HW and CH at the same time be cauing the boiler problems? Is it better to set the HW and CH at different times?

All have a problem with the one radiator in the flat which isn't getting hot, just luke warm. Pipe going into raditor on the left is red hot and other pipe on left luke warm. Valves on full and radiator bled- no air at all. V.puzzled- is it bloked? All other radiators fine.

Cheers

I don't know anything about plumbing- whats a 3 way valve?

A 3 way valve is a component used to give control of C/H and H/W independently of each other (makes the system more efficient)..... Doesn't seem likely to me that this is the problem though.... Has the system been drained down recently??/
