hi i can only get central heating and hot water together it a semi pumped system moved here 3 years ago always been the case programmer lights up but boiler wont come on think wired wrong also there is no tank stat would like to add can anyone supply diagram

Do you mean that the CH is pumped but the HW is gravity circulation?
The best solution is to convert to fully pumped, but that often means a lot of re-piping the HW circuit. The alternative is to change to a C Plan, which is a cylinder thermostat controlled zone valve in the HW circuit.
