Can microbore copper pipe (10mm) be cleared with a length of copper wire through it?

What exactly are you trying to clear? If it’s a stubborn blockage, then it’ll need a re-pipe.

Footpump on the end of the pipe might shift it

One of these will help get pneumatic pressure into the pipe.
