What good for cleaning discolored plastic windows frames (dont say elbow grease) I like brilliant white window frames

'tcut' is very good at cleaning most surfaces. be careful though it is fairly aggressive. do an obscure area first.

earlier pvc windows were prone to yellowing, a fault which has been improved upon more recently. i think the yellowing may be permanent.

some of the window frames yellowing is down to people using househould cleaning products that contained lemon. for stubborn marks you can use pvc cleaners, or we use cif cream (not the lemon one!) but these things shouldn't be used to often, a bit of regular cleaning with warm water should be enough to keep the pvc clean.

no honestly! we had a guy ringing up saying his conservatory was turning yellow, found out he had been cleaning it everyday with lemon cif, and we have had no other complaints of this happening else where.

I have noticed the yellowing effect too on a frame in our bathroom in an ares of the frame. None of the other frames in the house show the yellow staining. Only this one part of this one frame, and I would like to get it sorted.

I take it that spraying it white with the spray that people use to spray repaired baths would be non good??
