hi,

another question on clipping pipes.

is there a danger of making the pipe too rigid by clipping it?

at the moment I have a 2m length of pipe behind the kitchen units that bounces a little when water is turned off. I'd like to clip this but was wondering if there are any reason not to do this?

thanks

It's possible to forget to allow for expansion, esp. when using plastic pipe, but if it's copper pipework that's bouncing around then it isn't clipped enough.
