Just had a new bathroom fitted and i know the new rad was turned off at some point. Heating is now on and the rad is cold. the rad is bled until water comes out the top - the valve is still in there.
Does something need doing with the valves at the bottom? one just turns and the other has a cap that comes off that looks like needs a hex key or something.
If it is switched off is it simply a case of opening both valves fully?
Does it look like a hex key will fit that valve or does it require something special?
