Help Ive got one radiator at the top back room of the house that is hot at the top and cold at the bottom, I have tried bleeding it with no luck, can anybody help?

It can be complicated, depending on your system. You may be better advised to get a plumber.
Basically, drain system, flush with clean water, remove each radiator and flush with hose, refill, introduce a cleaner and circulate as per manufacturers instructions, drain, flush, refill and introduce an inhibitor. Voila.
Or get a plumber to do a power flush.
