If you have checked that there are no restriction in the hot water flow to the shower,then it may need a replacement cartridge,You have to make sure which type, low or high pressure, if you have a tank in the loft and no pump for shower then its a low pressure, if it's a sealed system combi or system boiler and unvented cylinder then it's a high pressure cartridge.
