I need to do some house-keeping and clear out some old files. I have a lot of copies and versions of MS Word files on various disks and drives. I could manually compare each document word for word or print both versions, put one page over the other and hold them up to the light to spot any differences to decide which to keep. This will take too long. Is there a way of comparing two similar Word files so that one can be marked with any differences, like in track changes? Any ideas would be very welcome.
