In Scotland, so those rules apply.

We’re in the process of renovating the bathroom, contractors are in currently. This involves shifting the basin and toilet, bath over shower becomes a standalone shower, and a new bath. There’s some new internal plumbing for that, and for the toilet a new hole in the wall and external branch connection to the waste.

Nothings moving more than a few meters.

I’m new to all this - does work like this require a building warrant or control completion certificate? Different sites seem to suggest different things.
