Many thanks to all
I need a case because the previous owner of house or other one before that was a muppet and cut it rather than modify the top lint of units , therefore when i wanted to rent the house they said they wouldn't pass it , but they could fit a pretty new one at a silly price !!!! ??zqskmx what cheek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that they're great - mine must be approaching its Silver Jubillee. :D

What's wrong with your case - they're not exactly stressed?

Looks like you will have to dig deep, you've got no chance

They cut a room sealed case :?: :!:

How long since you bought the house?

I ask because I would expect you to have some recourse against either the surveyor, or the owner, Have you asked your lawyer for advice?
