Hi,
I am having a pool installed here in Spain. The contractor ran out of time to complete the job in one day and left one of the walls unsprayed. He will return in two days to complete the work. I am concerned that spraying over already set concrete will leave this wall weak. I would appreciate your comments.

Concrete is being sprayed onto rebar with a concrete block wall behind. (see photo.)

I've only seen this done on old bridges that has stone work that needs strengthing.
Would have thought an operation like should be completed in one go but perhaps not.

One of the standard construction techniques used when tunnelling (I saw it used on the Jubilee line near London Bridge Station).

Should not be an issue for a pool.
