If it's a covered entry you can't fit a flue there.
There are very strict rules on flue positions.
Furthermore boilers and flues should only be fitted by Gas Reg people who would know how the regulations applied to your situation.
Generally in the direction of the discharge there should be 2.5 m of your land before reaching the boundary.
Sometimes the flue can be extended by a plume diverter.
