condensing flue cover

where can i get/buy a gargoyle/dragon head or something similar to cover my flue so when it steaming it comes out of nose eyes and mouth hole of gargoyle.
If this steam comes into open windows of my house as in bathroom and kitchen is it safe?

But alas no you cannot, some manufacturers do an insert into the flue to divert the plume but nothing like a gargoyles head
