Connections for towel warmer

I have a 400mm wide towel warmer and want to fit in place of a 600mm radiator. The pipes come up through a laminated floor so I'd like to use some kind of extension couplings or even a flexible pipe to prevent disrupting the floor.
Any ideas where I might get such fittings?

i dont think there is a "off the shelf " answer to this i would use soldered fittings and pipe to bridge the gap..... but what ever you do will look crap , lift the floor and bite the bullet!
