It was nasty but I must have something about me as it batterd my body, and I still have fire in my belly

I've been saying on a thread in CC
that I drink to much considering what I went through.

The Diabetes thread has got me back on track with my diet.

I do like this Forum as we all learn from one another and there are some really caring people on here..

I think of Conny alot. All be it I've never met the man. I just hope for the best, and he comes back to us all.
