Does anyone have any advice on electric radiators for a conservatory?

Which is best, oil filled or the new "energy efficient" water types :?:

Conservatories are not going to be heated efficiently because glass is a poor insulator.

Any form of electrical heating is going to be ruinously expensive.

You can expect water heaters based on a gas boiler to be less than half the cost to run. See www.smiths-env.com for suitable fan assisted units.

If it is electric only, then there is nothing much to choose, they will all be expensive.

I'd always prefer to fit a heat pump to a conservatory rater than radiators. They heat well in the Winter and if correctly sized will cool pretty well in the Summer too but the smallest I'd ever fit to any conservatory would be 5Kw so the B&Q stuff is a non starter
