Copper earth Clamp

Saw these clips in B&Q today with the normal earth clamps. Can these be used to bond pipework for equipotential bonding? (sorry for poor quality)

thanks chivers. It's strange I've looked at a few websites TLC included and can't seem to find anything similar.

it looks like it might be the clamp for an earth rod that's hammered into the ground. Doesn't look like a pipe clamp.

It looks unusually flimsy, though.

it states on the packet it is for copper pipes 10-15mm.

It looks like a pyro cleat with a bolt through it to me

Can't see it complying with BS951

If it complies with BS951 it will have a metal label with it saying "Safety Electrical connection. Do Not remove"

If it aint got the label it doesnt comply.
