corner fireplace

hi all, i am new to the forum. i am in the middle of building mr brothers house and i am concerned at how i will build the fireplace as the architect decided to put it in the corner of the lounge. i am wondering how i will get it tied in sufficiently to the internal 4" concrete block walls. i considered putting the walls up and then putting a crocodile clip up each side or just leave tie irons out to catch it, would this satisfy building control? any advice very welcomed, thanks
