Corsa Wipers Not Parking

Hello all,

Got a 1995 Corsa 1.2 with a problem with the front wipers.
They only work on fast and not normal speed. Also when the switch is pulled to off they stop immediately and dont 'park'.

I've changed the motor and link assembly today but its made no difference. Suspect the wiper switch would explain the only working on fast, but cant see how the switch would affect the wipers not parking ?

There is probably a wiper control relay which is likely to be the problem.
