Cost of loft insulation

Hi

I need to buy some loft insulation and i want to buy some boarding also.
I live in a first floor flat in a block of 6. I pay ground rent to the management company (of which i am a member - we all own 1/6th of the company).

Can i get the management company to pay for it?

if you have to pay for it sons just bought his for a fiver a roll from b&q's sellin it now hell of a cheep
we usually get it for £15

Surely if you are a member of the management company, there is NOBODY better-placed to answer this question than yourself ?

mointainwalker- clearly not else i would not have posed the question. I have only recently moved in and so do not have that information.
