Does that seem reasonable enough? I have no idea and just wanted to check before I go ahead.

There is not enough information there to comment on the prices, or even the context of the quote.

But, never ever repoint any tiles on a roof. They should be relaid. An that would lead me to question the skill of any roofer that would suggest repointing in the first place.

£250 seems really cheap to properly repoint brickwork. That might cover the cost of scaffold, or a few m2 of wall at ground level. Repointing brickwork is raking out to 25mm deep, not scratching it with a trowel or wire brush. I also find that roofers are generally not good brickwork repointers.
