Hi,
Im replacing a suspended wooden floor due to rot caused by no ventilation. New air bricks are in, i'm also insulating between the joists.
My question is; should I cover the bare ground underneath with a DPM sheet or leave it to breath?
Also should I use chipbaord screws (using 22mm chipboard flooring) or normal wood screws?
Any thoughts gratefully recieved.
Thanks.
MC
