Hi there. Wondered if anyone could suggest a solution to my problem.

We're just redecorated our hallway and unfortunately one feature we have is two central heating pipes running up the wall behind the door, which need to be covered.

I've bought some Talon PVC pipe covers (2 x 15mm type) but unfortunately while they are fine on the straight run the corners are too tight for our pipework to fit under the cover (they assume a 90 degree bend).

Any pipe cover solution has to be a maximum of about 28 to 30 mm from the wall or it will obstruct the front door. Any ideas?

1. Box the pipes in; or
2. Paint the pipes the same colour as the wall.
