Just had my place rewired by a firm ***removed*** , on said installation they have failed to re instate kitchen and bathroom extractor fans, in your opinion guys, is this kosher (IEE and all that)

I think you accusations are a bit OTT and I'm not sure you should name the firm. You don't want to be done for slander. (no conflict of interests. I've never even heard of them)

did you receive any paperwork along with the quotation to say they would reinstate the fans?

someone should have at least raised the question,poor client contractor communication perhaps?

actually,it may be kosher(iee and all that) as you put it.
were the existing fans of the correct size and type for their locations and were they functioning correctly?
