Create skirting board radiator

Hi all,
We have had to run hot and cold water, heating and gas piping around the bottom of two walls in a bedroom, and now want to utilise this as a heating system for the room. I have seen packes that can create a skrting board raditor from scratch, including pipes, but what I need is some sort of cover that will allow us to use the existing pipes - i.e. a skirting board with a deeper cavity (40mm) and ventilated top to allow the heat to come out.

Any ideas or tips as to where to find this would be gratefully appreciated!

the heat generated from the pipes will be negligble so to fit grills etc won't give any usable heat for the room, what they might do is allow ventilation to stop the cold pipe heating up if they are all quite close and could cause condensation to form if the pipes were fully enclosed.
