creating a cabinet for a back to wall toilet

Hi,

I've got a back to wall toilet installed and am about to install the cabinet.

I know the cabinet must be freely accessible at any point of time just in case if theres a leak therefore the partition is made of two parts.

The first part is to go upto the toilet and the second is to go from there to the top.

I was going to screw directly into the wood..!

Is there a way or do you know how the wood would stick to framework such as a hinge/bracket??
