Hi folks, how is everyone?
I've had a slight nightmare with a curtain pole that spans a bay window. I knew it would be a nightmare because in order to allow the curtains to open and close fully I could only attach 3 brackets - one in the middle and 2 at either side. To make matters worse the ceiling is weak plasterboard.
Well I came home the other day and one side of the pole had dislodged itself from the ceiling despite me using the plasterboard screws that open up when you tighten them (see image)
kind of like this one.
I now have whopping great holes where the screws have come out and have no idea what to do to sort the problem.
Can any of you DIY heroes impart some of your knowledge?
