d/w constantly pumping problem

hi there i have recently brought a candy dishwasher.i used it once with no problem but now it constanly makes the pumping out noise but is not doing anything else.
i have checked the pipes and from what i can see all is ok(i think) theres no water in the bottom (the visible part) of the dishwasher and nothing is coming out of the drainage pipe can anyone help me please its driving me mad

Flooded base activating the anti flood device. Tip it back about 45 degrees and to drain the base. If it happens again you have a leak.
Are you using rinse aid in the machine? Are you using 3,4 or 5 in 1 tablets?

erm...think their 3 in 1 not sure..their finish tabs i know that.
where will the water come out of when i tip it back..?
