For a powerflush, there is not better product than FX2 from kemco. Takes out all the corrosion, desolves limescale and if you run it a couple of times through the plate hex, it will be as good as new.
It is based on phosphoric acid so careful neutralising is a must as is rinsing until very clear.

Yep, had it for about 3 years now, bit noisy but does the job well.

The pump adapter is invaluable, best way of connecting the machine. also allows you to flush the plate exchanger on a combi. And it is quick and clean way of connecting.
If your pump is vibrating and noisy, if you remove the four bolts on top to take lid off .You will probably see an o ring hanging out at the bottom.
These are availlable as spares and take 10 mins to swap!
