I have a house to flog, with a mix of wooden and alumunium dg windows.
It would be useful to have some idea of what it would cost to replace the lot.
House would look similar to this, if it works ..

So the front has those 2 asymmetric bays with 4 "facets" + one 1m square.
Side has 1 window 1m sq, 2 windows 0.5m by 1m, one about 1.5 by 1m.
Rear one 1 m square, one 2m x 1m.
and one plain 3 slide panel(?) patio door 2.5m wide

+ front and back doors.

I gather the "georgian bars" thing only adds about 10% ?

I doubt we'll actually change them prior to selling but buyers would think they'll need to.
Gaff's worth about £350k, not too hard to sell usually, they say.

DG quoters seem to be un-straigtforward.........

I would leave the windows and just give the grass a good feed, making sure it is nice and green.

Let the new owners do the other work that needs doing.

I simplified the pic!
This isn't the house, this one's been done... :)
As I said , it's similar.

If you are not buying you don't need to know, buyer will get quotes if they are interested, any guesstimates are pointless compared to real thing.

I think I can decide whether I want to know or not, thankyou.

Is the next unhelpful person going to tell me I need to get quotes?

That is as previously indicated, UNhelpful.
Why bother posting?

I'll wait and hope that someone who has some knowledge of DG cost on a 3 bed semi comes by. An informed guesstimate will do.

That might exclude people who live in burrows or do drains.

From experience you will be looking at 4-5k. but that said if you go to Anglian or Everest you will be looking at 12k as a starting price.so it all depends where you get them from

That's fine, thanks. The low end of that is lower than I expected. Might even be worth doing.
