Diplomat dishwasher ADP 8332. F4 fault

I have been trying to clear this fault, and have found that the pressure chamber looks full of matter, hopefully this is the reason for the F4 fault. Th e problem is I cannot find how to get at it to clear it. .Can anyone help?
