Hi, I would'nt recommend tipexing the electrical report.. i have been in similar situations. Once the problem has been fixed my electrian just updates the existing report, with a 2nd report just to say that the problems have been resolved.
So in effect you have two reports, the original then the updated one. The Updated report should say that the two reports in conjuntion make the property electrically safe.
