Double pvc door issue

Hello,

I’m looking for some advice on how to repair the middle of my pvc door, a bit of plastic came apart and I want to repair it images below.

I also think the hinges need to be adjusted for alignment.

Any advice is appreciated.

It's called a mullion end cap, they are specific to the make of profile used to make the doors, they aren't universal. If you have any paperwork which might say what was fitted or open the doors and see if you can see any dot matrix printed letters and numbers on the white bits

Many thanks, that sure helps on knowing the name.

Just had a look there are numbers on the frame and one on the inner side of the door images below, will try google these now.
