mrs wants a washing machine in garage can I put a drain in the garage and pipe it to the main drain and break into the manhole its a brick one with concreted sides I need to raise the manhole too for new yard floor I would then to able to drain the utility sink into the same and remove the unsightly drain in the yard

No reason why you cant, ideally wants doing in 110mm, make connection into manhole as low as possible to avoid fouling the benching opposite. Make sure access is provided to clean the pipework, you dont want to be pulling it all apart in future if it ever blocks up.
